Tom McGuirk and Leah Schaake are the newest additions to the Yankee Trader Realtors Seabrook/ Hampton Beach sales team, as recently announced by this long-established Seacoast Real Estate company.

Tom and Leah join Kara Schaake and Kathy Macgregor in bringing a fresh approach to the residential and commercial sales and rental markets on the NH and MA seacoast, as part of a company with a 50 year history serving the local community.

Tom is a State Representative, member of the Hampton Zoning board, and a local business owner, specializing in commercial and second home property sales.

Leah, who is a long-time resident and business owner for 18 years, is involved with local schools and specializes in residential property in the Seacoast area.
